Use the wider screen
On a Windows computer, open GStream in a supported browser. The desktop layout gives the search controls, cast names and movie descriptions space to sit together. You can browse the same catalog on Mac or Linux; a separate desktop application is not needed for these features.
Find something specific
Search by movie name, director or cast, then narrow the result by original language, release date or runtime. For example, a director search can bring together John Carney’s Once, Sing Street and Begin Again. Keep the director mode selected if that connection matters, rather than mixing it with any title in which a person’s name appears elsewhere.
Prepare for a different screen
Save your choice before moving to the television. My List remains in this browser, so the computer’s saved list does not automatically appear on your phone. Create a backup if you want to move the choices. You can also simply note the film’s title and year before opening the viewing service’s television application.
Keyboard shortcuts, Picture-in-Picture and video speed controls belong to the player you eventually use. GStream’s desktop catalog does not install an additional player or control another service’s playback. Read picture and sound options for help choosing an edition your setup supports.
