Three different kinds of update
A new movie entry, an episode record and a new Android application version are not the same update. The latest-movies page orders films by their recorded release dates. Episode pages display recorded air dates. Neither is a release announcement for an APK, and this website does not publish an authenticated latest GStream app version.
When an old app stops loading
Reinstalling the same version can leave the same error in place if the application’s remote service is unavailable. First check whether the application starts, whether its catalog loads and whether all titles fail or only one. Keep the exact wording of the error. That makes it easier to compare your situation with a dated report rather than following instructions for a different problem.
Returning to the browser catalog
No APK update is needed to open GStream search here. If a page looks stale, a normal reload is a reasonable first step. Clearing browser storage is a different action and can remove My List and checkpoints, so create a backup before intentionally doing that.
For release numbers discussed elsewhere, compare the named application and publisher rather than choosing the largest number in a headline. This page does not turn a third-party upload date into a confirmed developer release.
